Where do I customise my account settings?

Go to Account in the menu . Here you will find your stored data and you can switch all the important functions of petsXL on or off. You can set which notifications petsXL can send you and manage your payment sources.

Why should petsXL be allowed to access my camera or my location?

For optimal use of petsXL, it is necessary that you allow petsXL access to functions such as location, camera or calendar. Check in the settings of your smartphone that petsXL has access to this data.

Where can I find updates for my petsXL app?

petsXL is constantly being developed and always offers you new functions. That's why updates for petsXL are regularly available in the App Store and Google Play Store. You can also set your smartphone to update apps automatically.

How do I set the scope of the petsXL functions I want to use?

Go to Account in the menu .
Select the pen symbol next to Functions.
Select which functions you would like to deactivate: Finances, Treatment data, Medications and Health plans.
If necessary, adjust the settings for each connected veterinary practice below. You can choose between Off, As above (default setting) or On.
Confirm with Save.

How do I know that I have received new data in petsXL?

When your veterinary practice sends you information to petsXL, you will receive an e-mail or push notification from petsXL, depending on your settings. A Timeline entry will also be created.

How can I set up notifications via petsXL?

Go to Account in the menu .
Select the pen symbol next to Notifications.
If necessary, deactivate notifications by E-mail and/or Push notificaition for the following functions: Appointments, Finances, Payments, Treatment files, Medications, Weight data, Medication reminders, Comfort check-in, Treatment plans, Home tasks and Vaccinations.
Confirm with Save.

How can I set the colour design of petsXL?

Go to Account in the menu .
Select the pen symbol next to Colour design.
Choose between Light, System or Dark.
Confirm with Save.

How do I see which devices are being used to access my petsXL account?

Go to Account in the menu .
Select the down arrow next to Active sessions. The Current session is labelled by the star symbol .
If necessary, you can Edit active sessions with the pen symbol and delete them with the wastebasket symbol .
